A Taekwondo Clinic will be held on

Saturday, 16 March 2013 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

at Quakers Hill East Public School Hall

The clinic is a two-hour session offering a rigorous and structured tournament training program in sparring (kyorugi) and patterns (poomsae) to assist players and members in improving agility, flexibility, speed, power, timing, distance, strategies and match tactics and familiarising with competition rules for sparring and performing the basic movements in poomsae.

Each participant is to bring their own protective equipment and water.
