Sports Taekwondo NSW (STNSW) is the NSW division for Sports Taekwondo Australia (STA).

STNSW has just been recently established and is led by a highly experienced, professional, enthusiastic and passionate board which aims to develop the sport of taekwondo, its athletes and clubs in NSW and Australia.

To become a member of STNSW, you must first be a member of STA, which is the only member national association in Australia with recognition from:

• World Taekwondo Federation (WTF)
• Oceania Taekwondo Union (OTU)
• Australian Olympic Committee (AOC)

STA is currently finalising recognition with the Australian Sports Commission (ASC).

Therefore, all members of STNSW in 2012 and beyond will enjoy the following benefits:

• Access to State, National and International Poomsae and Sparring competitions
• Access to OTU accredited Referee and Coach workshops
