Notable performances are Aaditya Kadam who won in the Juniors Black Belt under 45 kg division over long time opponent from QLD and was awarded the Best Male Junior Fighter of the Festival, and our four double Gold Medallist girls -
Cadet Ysabella Querubin who took the challenge to move up in juniors winning the Juniors under 42 kg Black Belt division and her cadets under 44 kg division;
Cadet Sofia Querubin who even just as a Red Belt won both her Cadet Black Belt divisions under 37 kg and 41 kg;
Youth Chelsea Gomez who won both her Red Belt 8-9 yrs under 28 kg and 31 kg divisions; and,
Youth Alannah Bouery who won all three of her Yellow Belt matches in high scoring fashion showing dominance in court in just her second competition as a beginner in both 8-9 yrs and 10-11 yrs divisions.
